    The Allin Township Cemetery Board of Trustees meeting minutes from November 8th 2010 were read and approved. Reports on the cemetery financial status and general cemetery conditions were received and accepted. Installation of a flag pole was completed and mapping was 80% complete.     APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES


    The last meeting minutes were read and approved

    OLD BUSINESS
    Recieved a report from B J on the cemetery financial status was accepted and approved. Also received a report on the general conditions of the cemeteries. A motion was made that these reports be accepted was voted on and approved.Reported flag pole installation completed,mapping data ongoing 80% complete.

    NEW BUSINESS
    Recieved a report from B J on the cemetery financial status was accepted and approved. Discussed mowing contract for next fisical year and voted on and approved a zero to 1.5 increase. Discussed and approved a 5% increase in our Levy for the next fisical year. Discussed and approved the purchase of a new laptop computer for the cemetery district with a purchase price of between $500 and $1000. Also discussed the H bond correspondents that they will be matured on January 1st 2012 a motion was made to purchase EE bonds with the funds. Discussed the bell placement at brooks grove cemetery and the setting in reserve a lot for its display and approved.
