Amber Donna Kirwan


(August 21, 1992 - August 21, 1992) STELLARTON Amber Donna Kirwan, 19, Stellarton, was born in Antigonish on August 21, 1992 to loving parents, Donald Glenn and Marjorie Helen (Mason) Kirwan, Stellarton. Their treasured angel has joined her papa and cousin in Heaven. Amber was a graduate of Northumberland Regional High School, Alma and was currently attending NSCC Pictou Campus, Stellarton. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Stellarton. Amber was employed with Proudfoots Home Hardware, New Glasgow, where she enjoyed working with her co-wokers and helping customers. Her professional goal in life was to become a nurse and she was recently accepted into the Licensed Practical Nurse program at NSCC, Pictou Campus. Amber was a caring girlfriend and loyal friend. Her family were very important to her and she never missed an opportunity to express her love. Amber will be forever remembered as Liams Umba, moms beautiful daughter and dads little girl. Surviving besides her parents, Donnie and Marj, are brother, Liam Kirwan, at home; boyfriend, Mason Campbell, Pictou Landing; maternal grandparents, Aubrey and Nellie Mason, Merigomish; paternal grandmother, Sylvia Kirwan, New Glasgow; paternal great-grandmother, Mable Fraser, New Glasgow; aunt, Donna (Terry) Hayes, Dartmouth; uncles, David (Joanne) Mason, Hammonds Plains; Fraser (Darlene) Kirwan, Linacy; Scott (Ellie) Kirwan, New Glasgow; cousins, Tara, Krista, Erin, Hilary, Amanda, Natasha, Sylvia and Angela; several great-aunts and great-uncles; many cousins. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, William Willie Kirwan; cousin, Fraser David Kirwan. The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11th in P. & K. MacDonald Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12th in Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Stellarton with Father Bill Rankin presiding. Interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in Ambers memory to NSCC Foundation for the Amber Kirwan Memorial Fund, P.O.
