    Jenny McAllister, Claire Moore, Jane Garrett

    At least 50% of delegates to National Conference being directly elected by members of the ALP. Giving the National President a vote on the National Executive and all national decision-making forums. Real resources being directed to community organising, including the creation of a National Organising Plan for membership growth. Rolling back the power of the National Executive and state administrative committees to intervene in preselections. Respect for union affiliation and representation of unions and union members at national and state conference.
