Subject Dear Sir, This is in reference to your quotation dated 20.04.2010 & subsequent discussion had regarding above subjected matter, we are pleased to issue an order in favour of you for execution of same as per rates, terms & conditions mentioned below. Terms & Conditions All skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled & supervision staff shall be arranged by you. All consumables like gas, electrode etc. is in your scope. Payment shall be made on monthly progress basis as per below break-up a) Cutting, grinding, fabrication 55% b) Erection & Welding 35% c) Testing & Completion 10% TDS as applicable shall be deducted from your monthly bills. Accommodation for worker & staff shall be arranged by you.
