Subject: Written Warning for negligence of duties

The Success and failure of an organization is based on the sincere and dedicated performance of its staff members. The Company has appointed each staff to accomplish certain duties. But I regret to inform you that some of our staff members are found irregular their duties and responsibilities that have been assigned. So much loss occurred for the Company from various forms due to the negligence of your duties like delayed collection of payment( QR yet to collect in the year 2011), lagging of proper reporting, delay in preparation of Invoice and statement of account, misusing of office equipment, use of petty cash without authorization, improper maintenance of store keeping , assets etc. This letter is a warning for your unsatisfactory performance over the past few months. The management has been closely monitoring your performance .If any staff member is found failing in performance of his duty will be liable to bear the loss occurred. Please be advised that further incidents of this nature are subject to strict disciplinary action and can even lead to the termination of your employment contract with the company, without any further Notice.
