contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by
Workman's Compensation Insurance. In the event that it becomes necessary to institute suit or to employ an attorney to collect any payment or payments duethe
undersigned for labor or materials furnished under this agreement or any modifications thereof, then you shall be liable to the undersigned for court costs and
attorney's fees.
