    Industries was unsuccessful. 

    Although you met all of the mandatory minimum qualifications for the position, the Interview Board 
    chose a candidate with considerably more experience than you currently possess. The chairperson of 
    the Board asked me to convey to you his thanks for your candidacy and to tell you that with a few more 
    years of diversified experience in the field you might well have been the successful candidate.
