    Step One:
    Log on to www.uapb.edu Click on the Apply Now button on the rolling screen (see below)

    Transitioning to a University Resources www.fastweb.com www.capex.com www.planningmydreams.org www.ecampustours.com

    Step Two:
    Click on Create an account
