Saba con Yelo Ingredients: 5 saging na saba (plantain bananas) sliced diagonally 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp.

vanilla (optional) 2 cups water 1/4 cup fresh milk or evaporated milk 1 cup crushed ice Saba con Yelo Cooking Instructions: Boil water in a pot. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir well until sugar dissolve d in water. Place bananas and simmer until soft and sauce is thickens. Pace on a bowl and pour over the sauce. Top with crushed ice and pour fresh milk to sweetens. Serve.
