bagua qi Gong
This workshop well play with spirals and vortexes to cultivate energy in motion as the hands express the heart. Well introduce a variety of Qi gong exercises, breath work & some seated meditation practices to help activate the energetic system. Together We will explore:
Open & closed vajra practices of the wu dragons (sages) Movements based on sacred geometry & electromagnetic principals use of the bodys natural pulses & waves to clear, heal & activate energetic channels honoring Integrity & Sincerity of mind & body into thought & action The 8 psychic channels relating to the chakras with mudras, mantras & mandalas Simple yet profound ways to move stagnant energy and increase sensitivity Grounding in change for developing strength in transformations of energy & breath into life applications MAGNETIC HANDS AND OTHER EXERCISES DEPENDING ON THE GROUP

WHEN mastery of vortexes is accomplished with the oldest traditional practice it becomes a beautiful spiral dance that coils and uncoils with the tao, originating from the void (zero point). The root of these arts are seen in dances of indigenous cultures and shamanic practices which open up sky ladders to connect with the ancestors. OPEN TO ALL LEVELS BEGINNERS WELCOME
