Regional Sales Manager (General Trade)

Responsibilities: Accountable for executing AOP plans and to achieve KPIs in both the General Trade. Also responsible to control bad returns, trade spend, distributors inventories, DSO days, 5Ps execution and management of sales personnel. Achievement of the above needs to be done by utilizing organizational resources efficiently and effectively through planning, organizing, staffing and leading. Forward thinking is essential to evaluate the most effective and efficient Route to Market to maximize sales and distribution at the lowest possible investments Manage a sales team and focusing on motivation, coaching, communicating, leading by example and providing clear directions and team ownership. Planning, development and execution of sustainable long-term business plans within the General Trade and also the food service sector. Traveling is essential in this role given that area of coverage is extensive. Job requires 70% trade outings and 30% office time for analysis and report preparations.
