1. aerobic exercise: tennis, walking (not including 10,000 oricginal steps), gym going, skating 0,000 original going,
2. days that I skate: 10 sit ups; days that I don't skate: 20

3. the "total" section is how many you have completed that item for that week. 4. must have itleast 50 squares colored in by Sunday; reward= soda that day 5. "no dessert" means nothing processed; fruit and yogurt are fine 6. other rewards include milkshake- starbucks- thingy on Sunday, real dessert that night, etc. 7. arm curls (down, shoulder, above head, shoulder, down- "20 reps twice"; down shoulder down- "")
