Work plan Conclusion

The scenario under which the idea struck our mind is that in our hostel we have to use an additional software for communicating in WLAN. File sharing is not easy. So we thought of building a social network clone in an adhoc network similar to the internet based Facebook. Moreover, this application would be in a client to client model instead of the traditional server-client model.

All the major social networks are based on the server-client model. This model is expensive and requires running a server during its lifetime. Ad hoc communications are not user friendly to work.
