LOCATION / CONTENT GRACE has been commissioned to make a series of short digital films covering nominations for the Heart of Somerset Pride Awards, to be featured during a ceremony on 3 November 2011. The filming will include short interview with the nominees/or other agreed persons, and covering establishing shots, either directly of the activity theyve been nominated for, or alternatively, stylised sequence appropriate to the nomination. Please be aware, some stories may be sensitive; please check the information pack before arriving.

N.B. Please ensure ALL consent forms/location agreements are signed, and under 18s signed by an authorised adult. Some days will require only ONE crew, other days will require TWO. This is NOT the final call sheet. Filming will be moved and added as and when the confirmation comes through. Any updates will be e-mailed in a new call sheet immediately after conformation is received. ALL FOOTAGE TO BE LOGGED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE SHOOT. FOOTAGE TO BE EDITED AS WE FILM.
