Cut poinsettia pattern paper into nine 3 x 6 inch blocks. Cut into triangle shapes. Ink edges. Cut red cardstock into four 3.25 x 6.25 inch blocks. Cut into triangle shapes. Ink edges. Cut green cardstock into five 3.25 x 6.25 inch blocks. Cut into triangle shapes. Ink edges. Glue pattern paper pieces to cardstock pieces. Punch four red cardstock and five green cardstock strips using edger punch. Crumble and ink strips. Cut punched strips to fit triangles and glue to centers of same colored pieces. Add brads as shown. Cut crepe paper streamers into five 24 inch lengths then cut lengths in half hot dog style. Punch five red and four green cardstock circles using the 1 inch punch. Ink edges. Punch nine 1 1/8 inch polka dot pattern paper circles. Ink edges. Mat with cardstock circles.

10. Apply adhesive to the circle backs and pleat one length of crepe paper around each. Attach circles to triangles using foam adhesive. 11. Add sticker letters to circle centers and finish embellishing garland with die-cuts and stickers. 12. Punch triangle corners with hand held circle punch and run length of beading through all to hang.
