Set Dosa By Geethalakshmi

“Dosa of Uthappa served as three pieces”

Ingredients,

Boiled Rice. 2 ½ Cup


Raw Rice. 1½ Cup
Black Gram. ½ Cup
Puffed Rice. 1½ Cup
Fenugreek Seeds 3 tea spoons,
Salt for taste,
Grated Carrot,
Finley Chopped Coriander,
Cashew Split,
Refined Oil.

1) Soak both Rice & Fenugreek Seeds in the water for 3 to 4 hours.
2) Soak Black Gram in the water or 2 hours
3) Rinse the Puffed Rice in water and soak for ten minutes and remove water.

Grind the Soaked Boiled rice separately as fine paste


Grind 2 & 3 together with salt to consistency of idly batter.
Mix both batter to gether and keeping a large container to ferment for 20 hours.

Prepare Dosa similar to Uthappa in medium size of 5 inches & sprinkle oil
Place the grated Carrot & Finley Chopped Coriander and keep Cashew bits on the Top.

Serve three pieces in a plate with Chutny / Vegetable kotsu / Idli Chilli Powder
