Please enter the codes and titles for the courses you intend to study during the 2011/12 academic year. Please indicate the equivalent of just four subject units at this point. These are listed in the LSE Calendar available at www.lse.ac.uk/resources/calendar/generalCourse.htm. Whilst this is currently the 2010/11 version the course codes and titles are, in the vast majority of cases, the same for 2011/12. Before completing this form you should consult the Course Availability Update Appendix of the +General Course Offer Pack (page 30) and visit our website at www.lse.ac.uk/resources/calendar/generalCourse.htm to make sure that the courses you select are available during the 2011/12 academic year. You can also check the individual department web pages where some departments have reading lists available for their courses (www.lse.ac.uk/academicDepartments) In mid-September you will be sent instructions on how to enter your course choices on-line via LSE for You. This will allow us to allocate you to classes prior to your arrival at the School. Your personal teaching timetable will then be available via the LSE for You website after you have registered at the School in September. You should confirm your course choices in consultation with your academic adviser after arrival at LSE during the registration period. Please email this form by Friday 29 July 2011 to gc@lse.ac.uk

Please note that the designation of half unit (H) indicates a half weighting. We strongly advise you not to take on more than two of these units. Contact gc.dean@lse.ac.uk if, at this point, you wish to take any more than two. Do remember that you may change your courses on arrival or in the first four weeks of the Michaelmas (Autumn) Term.
