Hill Student PTSA Blazin' Fun Service Project

The Hill Student PTSA is planning another visit to St. Patrick's Residence on December 17th from 10:0011:00 am. St. Patricks Residence is a not-for-profit, long-term care nursing home and rehabilitation facility, which is served by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm who, with their staff, care for their elders regardless of race, disability, religious affiliation or financial consideration. The St. Patricks staff strives to make the facility an extension of home for all residents and their families. It is located at 1400 Brookdale Road, Naperville, IL. We feel it would be a wonderful opportunity for the students to share their time and talents with the residents at St. Patrick's. We would spend a few hours with the residence working on crafts, reading stories and playing games. We will take a group of 10-15 students. Each student will need to provide his/her own transportation along with this signed consent form. Please complete the form below and return it to the school's office.
