Culinary instructors should also display experience in arious teaching strategies and techniques or
students` o all leels. Culinary instructors should be able to prepare and present inormation in all
types o classroom and lab settings. It is desirable that instructors hae training in deeloping
teaching methods that meet and satisy the needs o a dierse community college student body.
Diersity includes academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disabled, and,or ethnic backgrounds. 1here
should also be training and knowledge in leadership abilities and working with arious community
groups. All instructors should also hae background knowledge o computer literacy.
