Eat Clean Guidelines


From Tosca Renos Eat Clean Diet
Eat five to six clean meals a day. Eat every 2 and a half to 3 hours. Eat breakfast every day, within an hour of rising. Eat a combination of lean protein and complex carbohydrates at each meal. Eat sufficient (2-3 servings) of healthy fats each day. Drink 2 to 3 liters of water each day. Carry a cooler packed with Clean foods. (Literally, a cooler...so you always have your food with you!) Depend on fresh fruits and vegetables for fiber, vitamins, nutrients, enzymes. Limit your starchy complex carbohydrates to 2 to 4 servings a day. Adhere to proper portion / serving sizes.
