Career Development Plan

Career Goal I want to be a marketing director and make the products and brand name from nameless to be world-wide famous products and brand name. I have a self-confidence to achieve my career goal. I know that the process for me is really difficult and painstaking. But I wonder to earn more money to achieve my needs and wants, I have the motive force to make me word hard. Finally, I want to start my restaurant or company when I have enough money and experience.

Career Path Marketing Clerk/officer Assistant Marketing Executive Marketing Executive Senior Marketing Executive Assistant Marketing Manager Marketing Manager marketing director Timeline After my graduation in higher diploma on IVE, I will find the full time job, in order to accumulate the money to support the continuous to pursue further education. That can make me accumulate the working experiences and the knowledge. Around 2 to 3 years, when I have enough working experience and related knowledge, I hope that I can join the famous company to join the marketing department. Around 2 years later, I hope I can be a marketing executive. After 3-5 years later being the senior marketing executive. After that, I aim to marketing manager in 6-8 years. Finally, I hope that I can be marketing director in 2 years later.

Afterwards, when I have enough money and experience, I think I can start my restaurant or company or travel the world.
