without any prior notice to our Ctients as wetl as without any consent from either of our Clients, a large gathering suddenly gathered on 26 November 2011 at approximatety 1p^ ano on 3 o6c6moer 2011 at approximately 2pm at the KLCC Park (hereinafter referred to as "these events"). The .gathering involved the holding of ptacards and public addressing which gave a distinct image of a potlticai or a public protest.
the sudden surge of visitors at the KLCC Park eroded and impeded the regular shoppers and visitors and members of the public to the premises and thereby disrupted the business operations of our CIients, tenants. Our Client's security guards thereat advised those who gathered at these events that no notice of such a gathering or prior consent from our Clients have been obtained nor were our Clients notified of any police permits having being issued to hold any such rallies or meetings or marches or protests or gatherings of any i lnO in the said premises and despite warnings given uv our security personnel, the crowd persisted to remain and caused disruption to our Clients' business; this recurring activities have resulted in a number of our Client's tenants expressing their concerns and complaints of the interruption in their business; contrary to all expectation and in total disregard for the safety of our Clients' tenants and visitors, our Clients' investigations have ievealed that you once again without any notice to our Clients and/or without our Clients' prior approval/permit, organized and/or intend to organize to hold another similar event as these events to be held at the Christmas tree area inside the Suria KLCC Shopping Centre on Saturday, 10 December 2011 at approximately 2pm (hereinafter referred to as "the proposed event").

Kindly be advised that our Client's primary concern is for the safety of our Clients' guests and visitors and for uninterrupted business operations of our Clients' tenants. On investigating this matter, our Clients have elicited your names as having been the primary organizers of these events and the proposed event.
Hence we write to put you on notice as follows:

participate in some form of protest which may endanger the safety of business operations of our Clients tenants, we will hold each and every one of you personally liable for any loss and damages suffered by our Clients thereby;

if you send any communication to others to come to the premises and to
