Profile of Dr G S Krishna Murthy: Dr G S Krishna Murthy has obtained his Masters in Solid State Electronics from Sardar Patel

University Gujarat and his Ph.D. from Poona university under CSIR Fellowship, with a specialization of Photo Voltaic Solar Cells. From 1980 to 1983, he worked as Post Doctoral Fellow at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas to develop high efficiency low cost solar cells project sponsored by Solar Energy Research Institute, Colorado. USA (SERI). During 1983 to 1986, he had worked as a Research Associate in developing of thin Gate Dielectrics for VLSI by using Silicon Carbide and silicon oxy-nitride thin films at University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, USA. After return to India, he had worked as a plant manager at Commodore Computers Ltd, Bhubaneswar, which was established in technical collaboration with M/s Commodore Computers Inc, USA in 1987. He was Responsible for setting up the unit for the manufacturing of personal computers with up the unit with International standards during 1987 -90. He has got his M. Tech in Information Technology. For the last 12 years, he is in the field of Teaching. Prior to joining in this college, he has worked as principal at KSS Womens College, Tenali, Guntur Dt and Khader Memorial College of Engineering, Devarkonda, Nalgonda Dt. He has published nearly 20 scientific papers in the National and International Journals. He is Fellow of Institution of Electronics and Tele- communications Engineers.
