    NC ARNG: October 2009 Current 875th Engineer Battalion Lexington, NC I am currently a Heavy Equipment Operator for this unit holding the rank of specialist. This unit performs yearly, and monthly training. Most recently completed the our mission for a YMCA Athletic Field. CONVERGYS: October 2008July 2009 10101 Claude Freeman Dr Charlotte, NC As a Customer Service Representative I handle all inbound calls for the Subscriber Services. This ranged from giving On Board Driving Directions to assisting customers with Road Side Assistance. We were expected to meet different call handling requirements. KMART: June 2006July 2008 2455 Lewisville Clemmons Rd Clemmons, NC I began this job as a Front End Cashier and 1 month later I repositioned to a Seasonal Associate where I quickly learned the ins and outs of a retail store after 6 months I became the Assistant Department Supervisor where I was responsible for completing all of the new layouts for each season as well as any other tasks deemed necessary.
