A marriage ceremony will be performed by Susan Maree Marr (Date)______________________at ______________________________ for __________________________and___________________________ 1.1 Deposit of $100 to be paid into nominated bank account within 2 weeks to secure the booking. 1.2 Balance of remuneration agreed on to be paid into nominated bank account 14 days prior to the wedding ceremony. 1.3 Deposit will be refunded if ceremony cancelled more than 14 days prior to the proposed ceremony date. 1.4 Full birth certificates and other documentation required under the Marriage Act 1961 to be supplied at the time of completing the Notice of Intent to Marry form or no later than two days before the ceremony is to be performed. 2. No modification of this contract will be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by both parties. This Contract binds and benefits both parties and any successors. Time is of the essence of this contract. This document, including any attachments, is the entire agreement between the parties. This Contract is governed by the Marriage Act 1961.
