AFFIDAVIT OF INCIDENT I, FORTUNATO TAYONE, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Brgy. Kalaisan, Kidapawan City, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say; That I am a school guard of Kalaisan National High School, Kalaisan, Kidapawan City; That I am the only one assigned to check on the security and safety of the whole 2-hectare school site. That on May 31, 2011, at around 6:00 in the evening, I entered the school campus for my roving activity. It was raining so hard around 12 midnight which made it difficult for me to transfer from one building to another as they were separated by some space in between. That I stayed in the school premises until 5:30 in the morning and hadnt notice any unusual thing that happened particularly at the finance office. I was surprised upon knowing from Josie Mae Buenviaje that the finance office was ransacked and the Central Processing Unit can no longer be found. I believed that it was stolen by unidentified robbers; That I immediately inspected the area and tried to investigate from the neighborhood. While I was gathering information from individuals living near the school premises, I requested Edwin FRANCISCA B. RAMOS Affiant JURAT SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN to before me in the City of Kidapawan this April 26, 2011 by FRANCISCA B. RAMOS , personally known to me, who is the same person who personally signed before me the foregoing affidavit and acknowledged that she executed the same.
