Executive- Merchandise(Activation) Reporting to: Manager - Marketing. KRA: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Execute the sales strategy to achieve regional ASPD.(CDS/CDX).

Ensuring the Promotion Execution in the region. Ensuring the Turnaround of low merchandise ASPD Cafes in the region. Adhering the SOP of Visual Merchandising. Customer feedback management. Conduct the timely Audits w.r.t weights and Measures/Display/Label Tampering/FIFO.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Creativity. Strong networking skills. Excellent communication/persuasive ability. Lateral thinking. Data management. Market Research orientation. Strong knowledge about the key principles of Marketing Management. Customer Orientation Indicators: Consumer feedback analysis for Merchandise Merchandise products. Competitor scan. Visual Merchandising. Customer redressal. To run coffee festivals inside/outside of cafes (to identify and freeze on locations at exhibitions/malls/housing complexes) to create awareness which leads to growth in sales revenue. Financial Indicators: Achieve topline of x and gross margin Y. Inventory Management ABC inventory and SKU Mix Ensuring that minimum stock level is maintained at cafes and they are not over stocked. Ensuring there is increase in Coffee Powder and home brewing equipments sales. Maintaining the profit & loss of the Merchandise. Bulk sale of Vouchers and Merchandise. Learning & Development:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Evaluating the Performance of the team periodically and ensuring the appraisals of team.

Process indicators: Ensuring the Visual Merchandise SOP and Product Launch SOP is adhered across all the cafes. Running the activation programs/promotions to ensure the sales targets are met.
