Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (Commission) moved in limine for a ruling that bank records produced by three financial institutions pertaining to four accounts, which are authenticated by proper declarations and certifications, should be admitted into evidence for the trial in this matter. Defendant Marco Glisson has not opposed this motion. Accordingly, for good cause shown, the Commission requests that the Court grant the motion and issue the requested order admitting the documents into evidence, specifically documents which had been marked as Exhibits 47 to 55, 58 to 93, 134, 331 to 342, 353; 406-1 to 406-6, 524, 525, and 526.
Respectfully submitted,
