Diana Gehrig Hiott is a mixed media and fiber artist living in the pines in rural Chilton County. Her work has been published in Soft Dolls magazine and in Bead and Button magazine and is featured at Goat Hill Museum in Montgomery and in private collections. In addition to making dolls, she dyes and spins wool, she knits and weaves. Originally from Illinois, Diana happily took herself out of the harsh winters and has made Alabama her home since 1996.
