    NEW MEXICO HERDING DOG ASSOCIATION

    APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

    Membership application must be signed by two Association members in good standing before presentation to the
    Secretary. It will be voted on at the next club meeting and must receive affirmative votes of 2/3 of the members
    present and voting by secret ballot at that meeting. Applications that are rejected may not be refiled within six
    months. The application must be accompanied by dues for the current year. After acceptance of membership, the
    funds will be forwarded to the Treasurer for deposit; if the application is rejected the funds will be returned to the
    applicant.
