Once upon a time there were a granddad and granny. They had only one son.

He married and got his wife to the family house.

But the daughter-inlaw was very lazy. She didnt work anything and lay down all the time.

Granny, take the buckets and go for water. Ill stop you and hope that our lazy daughter-in-law will fill water instead of you.

One day the granddad said to the granny:

You mustnt do that said the granny. Youre older than me. Im a woman and I must go for water. She started to pull the buckets.

Stop! Give them to me! said the Stop granny! You are grandad old! There are younger people in our house who can do the job! Its a shame that you should go for water. Give the buckets to me!

The old woman took the buckets but the granddad started to pull them. He shouted:

Oh, oh these old people cant get on well. Is it necessary to be clever?

The first one can go for water today, but the other one can go tomorrow.

The lazy daughter-inlaw looked and listened to them. Then she said:
