Conclusions SWOT
SWOT analysis for Rockford Motor System helped to understand external and internal environment of the company. In the table there is introduced scale from the less important to the most important (from 1 to 5) factors. The most valuable area of the SWOT analysis turned out to be Weaknesses field. Therefore, it has become target to the company. Next steps will be mainly taken in order to eliminate plenty internal wastes described in Weaknesses area. The less important SWOT criteria for Rockford Motor System proved to be Threats (however high level of competitiveness has high level of importance for the company). Other factors located in Strengths and Opportunities area will be taken secondly. They are over two times less important than Weaknesses which are urgent in this case.
