    The 15-year-old male patient, Abdelmoez Essa Alhadi Yosef, has bilateral microcornea, congenital nystagmus, and a history of right eye cataract surgery. Examination found microcornea, microphthalmos, nystagmus, surgical aphakia in the right eye with an irregular pupil, posterior synechia, and a membrane. The left eye has a developmental cataract. Both eyes have normal intraocular pressure but deep sunken orbits with a right lower lid traumatic scar. He is referred to a specialized foreign center for further management.

    Medical report Name of the patient:abdelmoez Essa Alhadi Yosef ;aged 15 years old male.

    The complain is no vision both eyes. Visual acuity of both eyes NPL. History of cataract operation right eye long time ago. On slit lamp examination , it shows microcornea, microphthalmos with congenital nystagmos of both eyes. Final diagnosis: Bilateral microcornea , congenital nystagmus. Right surgical aphakia with irregular pupil and presence of a membrane with posterior synechia. Left developmental cataract. Deep sunken eyes with treumatic scar at the lower lid due to treuma. In Both eyes the IOP is digitaly mormal. Refered for further magment in a specialised centers abroad. Given this report according to his request.
