I am unable to attend the extra ordinary meeting at the Plas Hyfryd Hotel, Narberth on the 20th January 2011 at 10am, but would like to vote as follows on the changes to the articles of association. Amendment That Article 31 (1) of the Articles of Association of the Company be amended to read: The chairman elected by the directors shall serve as a chairman for a period of one year but may be re-elected annually thereafter."
