Ingredients
1 1/2 C strong espresso (cooled) 2 tsp dark rum 24 packaged ladyfingers
Directions
1. In large bowl wisk together yolks and sugar till think and pale (5min) 2. Add mascarpone cheese, beat until smooth 3. Add 1 T of espresso and mix until thoroughly blended 4. In small shallow dish combine remaining espresso and rum 5. Dip each ladyfinger into liquid for 5 seconds only 6. Place soaked ladyfingers on the bottom 13X9 baking dish, covering it 7. Sprend half of the cheese mixture evenly on top of the ladyfingers 8. Arrange another layer of ladyfingers, then finish with adding the rest of the cheese mixture on top 9. Cover with plastic-wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 8 hours 10. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings
