6 egg yolks
3 T sugar 1 lb mascarpone cheese
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
1 1/2 C strong espresso (cooled)
2 tsp dark rum 24 packaged ladyfingers
Directions
1. In large bowl wisk together yolks and sugar till think and pale (5min) 2. Add mascarpone cheese, beat until smooth 3. Add 1 T of espresso and mix until thoroughly blended 4. In small shallow dish combine remaining espresso and rum 5. Dip each ladyfinger into liquid for 5 seconds only 6. Place soaked ladyfingers on the bottom 13X9 baking dish, covering it
