To be exercised within one year after graduation, does (or had) not enjoy the same scholarship privilege in other review center, and submits a certificate of officership issued by PICPA or the Chair of the Committee on Students Participation. 4. To be exercised within one year from the issuance of the certificate and after proper authentication by the PRTC Review Director. 5.
