    Sub: Inattention of your ward and absenteeism


    Respected Parents, It is my deep disappointed to inform you that your wards negligence attitude towards academic responsibilities is serious concern. After due communication also, your ward found to be absent for seminar held on 30th Jan 2010. It is also observed that previous communication may be either ignored from your side or its your failure to improve the expected performance or your ward. It is being very remorseful to have this kind of approach by esteemed parents regarding their wards development.

    This is word of warning given to your ward and information to you that, if your ward attitude if does not improvised he/she may be detained or in serious case may be rusticated from institute.
    This is last opportunity to your ward to improve performance or else institute will not be responsible and answerable to any claims or entertain any excuses further. It is also mandatory for your ward in serious concern to accompany with either or both parents for getting Sem. III result. With a optimism of positive step I, look forward better performances by your ward.
