    TIGAON WAREHOUSE & MOTORPOOL Tigaon Camarines Sur

    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
    The construction of Tigaon Warehouse & Motor Pool Project started last August 8,2011. The accomplishments of different scope of work are stated below, based on the actual and present status of the warehouse. Project as of today, October 27, 2011 are; A. MASONRY WORKS 1. Pouring of cement on the total area of flooring was 98% finished. 2. The laying of CHB on the wall was 90% accomplished and 80% finish plastered. It was delayed due to shortage of CHB supply from the supplier. 3. The construction and fabrication of additional post for the installation of transformer were not yet started. 4. The construction of catch basin and excavations of septic tank was 8-0% complete. B. ELECTRICAL WORKS 1. The installation of different electrical materials was 70% completed. C. WELDING WORKS 1. The installation of trusses, purlins and strut was already finished. 2. The remaining welding works is the installation of purlin connector, sag rod and tension with turn buckles.
