M/s Elsytec Engineers reached the site on 13/12/2011 with necessary testing equipment for pre-Commissioning testing on 33KV HT Panel, Transformer and Cable High voltage test List of tested accessory are given in Annexure I & II After completion the test M/s Elsytec Engineers Relieve the site on 27/12/2011 with the testing equipment
