Madam Leong, Lot 185, Jalan Lima, Off Jalan Sentul, 51000, Kuala Lumpur. 19th June 2011 Dear Madam, Request For Re-joining Leo Club I deeply regret my actions when I was still in the club and would like to offer my sincere apologies for those incidents. I am very committed to the club and I wish to be part of the club again. What I did was inexcusable, childish, distracting and disrespectful. You, as well my fellow friends and the members of the Leo Club deserve better from me. In the future, I will practice more restraint and professionalism so as not to repeat the lapse of judgment I displayed. I will carry out every given instructions and commands perfectly and try my best to make them better. I will prove what I can do for the club and I promise you I will bring dramatic improvements to the club and show everyone why Leo Club is always better than the others. I am confident that by re-joining the club, I can develop skills as a project organizer, time manager and team leader and apply them to my daily life and improve the life of the others. With all my sincere efforts and commitment, together with the hard work of the other members, I believe the club will bring exciting changes to our community, our country, and the world. I value your commitment to instructing and guiding me to success. I hope the club still have faith in me and willing to give me an opportunity to let me prove myself what I can do for the club and the community.
