    Hi Team, Here are the steps one needs to follow during conversion.

    Check in DA tool if the study is created or not.If yes continue, else ask Prashant Gangavane or Vikas Gupta to create this.Continue only when the study is available in DA tool. Go to Citrix.

    Open command Prompt and run radfirmer as: radfirmer 55555 1001 Answer the relevant questions do not answer the number of cells Go to Radquest Open the study Generate the doc file and save it at T:\55555\Data Collection\1001\Working\Interv\555551001 Review the questionnaire and check for the following three things: OQ if yes check for screener study number and check if this is Live. Also note down the OQ cells Nova Sova Check if the study has CSVA and one or more follow up questions. Note down the questions IDs and the punches for the follow ups. Placement Check if CPLC1 and CPLC2 are present after CEND. From Radquest save the standard.xml at T:\55555\Data Collection\1001\Working\Interv\555551001. The things to be checked while saving the xml are as follows: The point This study includes placed product (BII or Afteruse) needs to be checked only if the study has placement. Go to command prompt and continue with radfirmer giving number of cells and press Enter when asked only after saving standard.xml. Answer for nova Sova and OQ questions. Once you receive the Radfirm complete message copy the following to the R drive by creating a study specific folder at R:\Confirmit\Confirmit Team\BASES LIVE Projects\US BASES\2011 in the correct month and programming folder. Files to be copied if study has OQ: Questionnaire in doc format. WorkingwithOQ.xml Testsample.txt OQsamplerequest.txt If OQ not present then copy the following: Questionnaire in doc format. Working.xml 555551001.txt (The sample file)

    Zip the Xml file and import this in Confirmit , now you can start with the programming. Get these things very clear as missing even a small step or the order of steps in conversion may cause re work or too much of extra work in the programming phase.
