TRADITIONAL BLANKET CHEST PATTERNED AFTER a blanket box" built around 1820 by the Shakers of New Lebanon or Watervliet, NY, this 22" high, 36" wide and 22" deep chest has exceptionally clean lines and offers plenty of storage space.

LOW BLANKET CHEST THIS BLANKET CHEST was inspired by an antique colonial tool chest of similar dimensions. The low prole of this chest makes it ideal for placement at the foot of a bed. At only 16" high, it makes a great seat for putting on shoes and socks. But, at 44 long it still offers plenty of storage space. Overall size 16 high, 44 long, 16 deep. BLANKET CHEST WITH DRAWER THIS LARGE SUBSTANTIAL blanket chest is a near reproduction of a pine blanket chest built in April 1837 and attributed to Shaker Brother Gilbert Avery. The chest has full inch-thick sides, a large drawer, as well as an interior till and drawer as shown below.
