Here are some ways to challenge your child: Math Have your child create his/her own math word problems to have others complete. Reading Practice good comprehension by reading a story and then retelling its events,. Science Plan ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle at home. P.E. Tuesday Jan. 3: Memory Work: Ephesians 2:8 Read The Golden Calf Wednesday Jan. 4: Read My Buddy, Stan Math Facts Thursday Jan. 5: Read The Tabernacle Spelling Test (whip, when which, whiff, whiz, whack, whisk Bonus: what, why) Take note, we do have a spelling test this Friday. We will practice at school, but work at home is helpful as well. Thanks!
Important Notes
We are starting another book log for this month. Feel free to record Christ Light readings. We will have our field trip to the California Theater Center to see the play Peter Rabbit & Friends on Tuesday, January 10th. We will be back from the play before lunch so there is no need to pack a special sack lunch. Let me know if you have any questions.
