Sir, Most respectfully it is stated that I belong to the war affected area Parachinar of Kurram agency and I belong to a poor family in Parachinar. My father is a farmer and he is the only source of our income but due to the severe terrorism wars , his business is totally finished and he is not been able to educate me and my other brothers. As it is in your knowledge that federal government issued a letter of full fee concession for the students of Kurram agency but due to the unknown reasons, that has not been implemented yet. Now my courses are completed and my thesis and viva are remaining because of the arrears. I deposited RS.20000 and me and my family struggled a lot to clear all the dues but we succeed to deposit only 30000 of the remaining. Now it has become impossible for me to complete my degree due to such financial crises. Therefore you are humbly requested to have a fee concession with me for the remaining dues.
