Ple ase take note that your bank may take another 4-7 working days to reflect a cred it in your account. Kindly wait for 10 days for this process to complete. 4. If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 10 days of transaction , you may escalate the ticket by choosing escalation option on our contact-us pa ge. Kindly note escalation request can only be logged after 10 days of the trans action. All escalation requests will be handled by a dedicated team, which will provide you a resolution within 2 working days.
