2. Ni dung tm tt mn hc:
Mn hc ny m t tng quan v cch cc h thng thng tin tch hp v h tr cc qui trnh nghip v mc t chc cng nh cc chc nng nghip v v tip th, sn xut, qun l ngun nhn s, k ton v ti chnh, Bn cnh , mn hc gii thiu tm quan trng ca thng mi in t v vai tr ca Internet trong qu trnh tin ha ca thng mi in t cc t chc hin c kinh doanh trn th trng ton cu qua mng. Cc vn lin quan n vic pht trin cc h kinh doanh in t cng c bn tho. Course outline: This course introduces how information systems can be integrated into an organization in order to support business processes at the enterprise level as well as business functions of marketing, manufactoring, human resource management, accounting, and finance, It also gives an understanding of the importance of electronic commerce and the role of which the Internet is playing in the evolution of electronic commerce for companies doing business in todays networked global markets. Besides, several issues related to the development of electronic business systems will be discussed.

Cc khuyn co v trang b phc v hc tp v ti liu tham kho: sinh vin chun b ti liu tham kho cho vic tham d gi ging trn lp. Sinh vin c ti liu tham kho cho mi chng v n tp vi cc cu hi tnh hung trong ti liu [10]. Ngoi ra, sinh vin c th tham kho thm cc ngun ti liu khc t Internet. Cc yu cu c bit khc:. V thc hin bo co tiu lun: nhm 1 ngi, bt u thc hin t tun 1 n tun 11, np cng ca bo co tiu lun vo tun 4 (t chn), np bo co tiu lun vo tun 11 v trnh by bo co tiu lun t tun 12 (bt buc). Learning Strategies & Assessment Scheme: Learning strategies: - Students are expected to prepare and read references for lectures in advance. - Students are expected to review lectures with case studies and review questions in [10]. - Students might make the most of other references from the Internet.
