Cranberry Fruit Salad Recipe from Mary Kay Irmiter

Start 2 days before serving


Ingredients 1 lb. cranberries 2 cups sugar 2 naval oranges 2 medium Macintosh apples 1 8 oz. can of pineapple chunks unsweetened 1 cup red seedless grapes 1 cup chopped walnuts Day One Coarsely chop cranberries in food processer. Combine with sugar in glass bowl. Stir in orange chunks. Day Two Stir in apple chunks, pineapple and halved grapes. Day Three Add walnuts before serving.
