Reading of the minutes of previous meetings by regular staff and RN HEALS; then approved by the body.

II. New Business: 1. 2. Morning duties are required to memorize the Mission and Vision of our Hospital. Regular Staff and RN HEALS should strictly comply in wearing of complete and proper uniform. All RN HEALS should bath and give oral care to patients for Elective and Emergency operation. Reading of a sample Focus Charting on Elective Thyroidectomy was read by Mr. Domingo and Mrs. Mapili. Dos and Donts in Focus Charting and common errors in documentation in the unit were read by Mrs. Cecil Samaniego. Making of Diet List is now the responsibility of the Nurse. RN HEALS should be rotated in preparing the diet list. The Unit Supervisor inculcated the Standard procedure in Medication Administration. As a penalty, Ms. Aileen Santos will give a lecture in the Nursing Service meeting on December 12, 2011. On December 13, 14, and 15, Mr. Armel Capule will share a lecture on the Role of A Nurse to patients who will undergo Emergency and Elective operations. Focus Charting was discussed and a copy was given to each member. RN HEALS were taught by the Unit Supervisor how to fill-up Daily Time Record (DTR) Courtesy was reminded again by Mrs. Mapili. Snacks were provided by the Birthday Celebrators Mrs. R. Del Rosario, D. Arcilla, and J. Liquiran. Meeting adjourned at 5:05PM. MR. NICANOR M. DOMINGO III
