Suggestion to Lokpal

First suggestion: Increase opportunity of education (right of education) We have infrastructure, if school run in shift ( two or three) or some evening classes just like u k and us so lot of people get opportunity to complete their education. Benefit: 1. Employment increase teachers, other staff. 2. School income increase so automatically development of city. 3. Basic school /college fee should not be more than 200/- per month so that every person can get education. Govt. needs to take some good step for this. Second suggestion: Increase employment by improving food quality in bus stop and railway station In India population is more than 100 caror and we are unable to get good food and water in station and bus stop . If some big player comes in this field just like Relience, Haldiram, macdonalds, pepsi, and they establish there stall in every railway station and bus stop automatically employment increase. And due to completion food quality improve and because they are big player they have to maintain quality every where. General public will also get some assurance. Government also gets earning resource from them, through advertisement in station just like metro. Water quality improvement : Duplicate water brand at bus station and railway station, unwanted plastic waste reduce. Just like aqua guard establish big filter machine at station they are filling bottle at @ 3/- per bottle. Benefit: Employment increase, no more duplicate brand, plastic waste reduces, govt income sorce increase Third suggestion: Improvement of transport system 1. If you see in road in delhi every people running single car on road so increase in traffic subsequently increase pollution. Govt should make rule no one can drive single other vice he has to pay penalty or other vice use public transport automatically self employment increase. Fourth Suggestion: reduce registry rate to 10 % to 2% to stop black money.

normally when some one purchasing home because 10% registry rate is applicable on cost of home to save this 10 % amount people are showing less purchase prise and remaining money goes on black money account. Fifth Suggestion: reduce to Income tax say for 4 to 5% flat So that people can show all money in white .increase the amount of infra structure bond from 20,000 to 1 lacs to save tax , so that country can also develop infrastructure.
